This is what my 'hood looks like on a lazy Sunday morning in August. I love to walk the small streets up to the little bakery that opens at 8, the wind carrying the smell of freshly baked bread rolls in my direction. I made it home with the rolls still warm. Orange marmalade, coffee, bliss.

LOVE THESE, Moni! You know what I think the inspiration was for the shot of the brown building, don't you? :)

@Doreen: I really had to think about it for a minute! But now that you ask - LOL! No, had you not mentioned it, I would not even have thought of it now (nor did I think of it when I saw the scene). But it is, well, Hopperesque :)

Wow, somewhat of a flash from the past, me playing in the garden of my granny in the Hochofenstraße in Bulmke. Seems a century ago. Honestly, driving thru this part of the city today - that sucks! So I mostly try to avoid it. No offense, guess U didn't grew up there. All in all your photos of the Bulmker Park are really nice.

Greetings
eleazar

@Eleazar: Thanx for stopping by!

I grew up in Heßler but my mother's parents lived in Bulmke, so I do have memories of what it looked like a few decades ago.

BTW, none of the above photos were taken in Bulmker Park!

@kellerfrau:
